Sheet thickness
The indicated thicknesses are theoretical thicknesses. However, Steekflens will always use the standard trade plate thicknesses. As a result, the thickness of the blindspades could end up being higher than the theoretical thicknesses.
When machining the flanges (e.g. gasket surfaces), Blindspades and Spectacle blinds can be delivered in 2 (welded) parts.
Welding complies with ASME B 16.48-2010 chapter 4.1

Which storage systems can I choose from?
You can also store your plug flanges neatly between turnarounds. We offer various storage options for this purpose: The case, for small sizes and quantities. The TA Rack, which you can place in your warehouse or workshop. You can hang the plug flanges on this rack and use them immediately. The TA pallet, for storage and transport of larger quantities of plug-in flanges. During turnaround or maintenance work, you can easily move the plug-in flanges to a central location in the installation using a forklift truck.

Both are available in the 150#, 300# and 600# classes, matched to the pressure rating of the spade flanges you store.
